VesiNex licenses HMC, a manufacturing platform, and describes its outcomes in general terms: ambient temperature, solvent-free, single-vessel, ambient-stable, fully redispersible, and suited to oxidation-prone payloads. These are manufacturing and stability outcomes, not health, medical, or therapeutic claims.
The nutraceutical proof point
The only finished product referenced on this site is an omega-3 nutraceutical produced on the HMC platform. Structure-function language used in that context (for example, language about supporting or helping maintain stability of a sensitive active) describes the product’s intended role and is not a claim that the product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease. Any accelerated stability testing referenced is stated for that product specifically and does not extend to any other application area.
